Z Email System (ZES) is a self-hosted cold outreach platform we built and run ourselves — every screen below is the actual live product, not a mockup.
Cold outreach tools weren't built for agencies.
Most cold email SaaS is priced and designed for one person running one inbox. Running outreach for several clients at once meant either juggling separate logins across five tools, or paying enterprise pricing for features built for someone else's use case — with the data, the deliverability, and the client relationship all living on a platform one policy change away from disrupting the business.
One dashboard, every number that matters.
Total sent, sent today, active vs. completed sequences, total leads, and connected sending accounts — all on one screen, live. No digging through five tabs to answer "did today's batch actually go out?"
The unsubscribe note baked right into the dashboard is deliberate: when a lead opts out, they're permanently removed from every campaign automatically — compliance isn't a manual step someone has to remember.
Every campaign is its own live operation.
Each campaign shows its status, lead count, which sequence it's running, and which sending account is firing — with one-tap actions to send now, view leads, add more leads, or delete it outright. No hunting through menus mid-send.
Sequences built once, reused everywhere.
A Copy Set is a full multi-step sequence — Day 1, then a follow-up after a custom delay, and so on — that can be duplicated or assigned to any campaign in one tap. Change the message strategy without touching a single lead list.
Most cold email tools cap you at 3-4 follow-up steps. ZES doesn't — a sequence is as long as the campaign actually needs.
Billing enforcement, built into the product.
Every client gets a login with a fixed 31-day access window. When it expires, their plan locks automatically until they renew — no separate billing tool, no manual "did this client pay" spreadsheet.
The admin account (“Z”) never expires, so the person running the agency always has full oversight regardless of any single client's status.
Four moving parts, no hidden dependencies.
AI lead parsing runs first for speed, with Groq firing only as a fallback for messy input. Sending goes through connected Brevo accounts, with the daily send limit auto-detected from the plan — so nothing silently overshoots deliverability limits. Unsubscribes are enforced automatically, permanently. And the whole thing runs on infrastructure the client actually owns: frontend on Vercel, database on their own Supabase project.
Private by design, not by accident.
ZES isn't a public product with a signup page — it's private access only, by design. Every account is provisioned deliberately by the admin, which keeps the sending reputation and client data contained to people who are actually supposed to have it.
