We also use first-party anonymous analytics. It measures page views, scroll progress, approximate time spent, clicks, visible sections, and exit pages. The analytics system does not intentionally collect IP addresses or user-agent values. It does not fingerprint browsers, record sessions, analyze form contents, make individualized decisions, or sell data.

Contact details are used to reply to your inquiry and deliver work. First-party anonymous analytics is used to understand aggregate page views, reading progress, approximate time, clicks, visible sections, and exit pages so we can improve site content and performance. Automated statistical summary reports are generated and sent privately twice daily to the Gills operator's internal inbox; that address is not published on this website. Analytics is not used to make individualized decisions.

Website analytics events are stored in a private Supabase project with row-level security configured so public browsers can submit limited anonymous events but cannot read analytics or contact leads. The scheduled summary endpoint is separately protected, and automated statistical summaries are sent privately twice daily. Contact submissions are stored in private Supabase and delivered via Google Apps Script/Gmail. They remain separate from analytics and are not joined to analytics sessions.

Your contact form is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). The submission is stored in private Supabase and delivered via Google Apps Script/Gmail to a private inbox controlled by the Gills team. It is not posted publicly, not shared or sold to third parties, not fed into any advertising platform or data broker, and not routed into any newsletter or unrelated marketing.

Your phone number, if you provide one, is used only to reply about your specific inquiry — never for cold outreach, SMS marketing lists, or resale. Information shared by email or phone is handled with reasonable safeguards, kept for the purposes described here, and used only to respond to or provide services for you.

We use industry-standard practices to keep your data safe: encrypted transport for all form and email traffic, access-controlled inboxes protected by strong authentication, and minimal data retention. We never store payment information on this site. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The operator of Gills and the service providers needed to host the site, process the form, store configured records, deliver email, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We do not sell inquiry data or provide it to data brokers.

We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, an engagement, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, accounting, or backups. Deletion requests may require reasonable identity verification and may be limited by those obligations.

Only what is necessary to run the site and receive inquiries: hosting, Supabase where configured for protected storage or analytics, Google Apps Script/Gmail for configured email delivery and reports, and Google Fonts if the browser loads the site-hosted font stylesheet. These providers process data under their own terms and security practices.

The site uses essential browser storage for basic functionality and a temporary anonymous session ID for first-party analytics. No analytics cookies, advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site profiles, or session-recording tools are set. Analytics does not intentionally collect IP addresses or user-agent values.
